SATISFACTION GUARANTEE TO ALL CUSTOMERS
Customer should contact Assembly Outfitters if not satisfied with a product for any reason. Assembly Outfitters will provide an exchange or refund if the product is returned within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase from Assembly Outfitters.
All Assembly Outfitters purchases come with a 30-day money-back return policy, plus a 90-day Assembly Outfitters warranty against any manufacturing defects. Defective items must be shipped prepaid. This warranty shall not apply to any item where defects have been caused by improper customer assembly, failure to follow instructions, product modification, negligent or improper operation.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS
To initiate a return, warranty or service issue please request an RMA form. Follow the instructions below to assure prompt handling. Proof of purchase is required in all cases. Within 24 to 72 hours, you will receive your RMA form back with your RMA number via email or fax. If you would like to speak with a customer service representative, call us at 1-877-700-6085.
Upon receipt of your RMA form, pack your items in the box you received from Assembly Outfitters or a similar box. Be sure to include all the accessories! Write the RMA number clearly on the outside with permanent marker and place a copy of the RMA form inside the box.
Ship your item(s) back to Assembly Outfitters using UPS (preferred) or FedEx to the address on the RMA form or the address below.

We do not pay return shipping (unless stated on your RMA form) or accept COD packages on returns.
We will refund, exchange, repair or replace your item(s). Orders paid by credit card will be credited to the same card. Refunds, repairs and/or replacements can take as long as 30 days to finalize.
EXCEPTIONS SPECIAL NOTES
Custom orders, kits and software are sold on a “Final Sale” basis only. No cancellations, returns, refunds or credits are allowed.
All refunds, exchanges, replacements, repairs must have an RMA form included.
We charge a 15% restocking fee when returns are due to customer error.

ASSEMBLY OUTFITTERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. ASSEMBLY OUTFITTERS LIABILITY IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES IS LIMITED TO, AND SHALL NOT EXCEED, THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GIVES RISE TO ANY LIABILITY.
A. NO WARRANTY OR AFFIRMATION OF FACT, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT, IS MADE OR AUTHORIZED BY ASSEMBLY OUTFITTERS. ASSEMBLY OUTFITTERS DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF PRODUCT MISUSE, IMPROPER PRODUCT SELECTION, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, PRODUCT MODIFICATION, MISREPAIR OR MISAPPLICATION. ASSEMBLY OUTFITTERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY THAT THE PRODUCTS: (i) ARE MERCHANTABLE; (ii) FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; OR (iii) DO NOT AND WILL NOT INFRINGE UPON OTHERS’ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.
B. ASSEMBLY OUTFITTERS MAKES NO WARRANTIES TO THOSE DEFINED AS CONSUMERS IN THE MAGNUSON-MOSS WARRANTY-FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION IMPROVEMENT ACT.
